Products that do not require installation services will be delivered directly by our trusted third-party logistics partners. For orders that include installation, our dedicated service team will handle the fulfillment process.

When it comes to order processing, we strive for efficiency. We aim to process online orders as swiftly as possible, generally within 1-7 business days from the purchase date, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Please note that processing time, in addition to the delivery time, should be considered when selecting a delivery method. Factors such as payment authorization, product availability, and unforeseen delays due to weather or other external circumstances may impact processing and delivery times. If further information is required, we may reach out to you. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are determined based on the chosen delivery method, the weight, and dimensions of each item, as well as the shipping destination. As you make changes to your cart, the shipping charges displayed at checkout will adjust accordingly. Orders are processed pending credit card authorization, with a pre-authorization to ensure funds are available, but no charge will be made until the order ships.

Please note that items exceeding weight and size limitations are excluded from shipping promotions and may incur additional fees.

Return Process:

To facilitate a smooth return experience, please pack the item in its original shipping package, including all accessories, manuals, and original packing materials. The original invoice or receipt is essential for validating returns and exchanges. Our customer support team will update you and send a confirmation email once the return is received and validated.

For quicker resolution, we recommend visiting the respective service center mentioned in the Warranty & Repairs Section to obtain a report. Once approved, submit the report to customer service to initiate the exchange or refund process.

The expected time period for returns and exchanges is as follows:

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or call customer support as detailed in the Customer Resolution Center. Our team will provide options for pickup or instructions for physically dropping off the product for verification. Depending on the return reason, shipping costs may be borne by either the customer or us. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, two-way shipping fees will apply. The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment, whether as a gift coupon, replacement product(s), or balance accumulation in the Customer Credit Account, based on your preference. Refunds to Knet, MasterCard, or Visa accounts may take up to 7-14 days. You can expect a refund within 3 weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, although in many cases, you will receive it sooner.

We will notify you via email once the returned item has been received and processed. You can track completed returns and refunds in “My Account” under the order’s summary page. If the refund does not appear in your account within 4 weeks of returning the item, please contact us immediately.
